General Inquiries

Do you offer ad design services?

Yes, design services are included if you require assistance. Our team can begin as soon as your reservation is received. There are no additional charges after sign up.

Will I receive a copy of the publication?

Yes, all advertisers receive copies on the intial distribution.

Will I be auto renewed for next year's publication?

No, there is no automatic renewal or billing. However, you will have right of first refusal on your position for the next 12-month run and we honor your pricing if you choose to renew.

Do you offer bulk pricing for multiple markets?

We publish in 85 markets nationwide. In order to accommodate national advertisers, we offer a bulk discount. Please inquire with your sales representative to see if you qualify.

Ad design Services

How do the design services work?

Once your reservation is received, you will be connected with our design department. They can either build a first draft for you from your website or you are free to supply artwork and material. Please allow 7-10 business days for your first proof. The ad will not run until you approve and there are no additional charges for revisions.

Can I keep my ad and use it somewhere else?

Once your ad is approved, it is yours to keep. There are no copyright issues. Upon request, our team will be happy to furnish you with the high-resolution files.

Cancellations And Refunds

What is the cancellation policy?

All sales are final and no cancellations are accepted. Positions are kept extremely limited inside our publications for the advertisers’ benefit. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions on our checkout page for more details.
